Return Policies

Each item in our shop is hand crafted and made to order! Please make sure you are 100% sure of what you are purchasing before you buy. This includes sizing, any modifications you may need, and ordering in time for your event. Due to this, we are unable to accept returns at this time. 

Our team is dedicated to making sure our customers get a high quality product that can be used over and over. So, if there is an issue when you receive your item, you may qualify for an exchange. Please email us within 24 hours of receiving your item to process that return.

We are not responsible for costs of shipping back items.

Returns Due to Shipping

At this time, we do not offer refunds due to shipping issues. Our packages are sent through USPS. We offer insurance that may reimburse you up to $50 if the package is lost due to an mistake with USPS or your item is shipped after the designated shipping date. We do our best to have every item shipped out before your designated shipping date, but once the item is shipped, it’s no longer in our hands. We have no control over how fast or slow the USPS delivers. Since they can not offer a guaranteed shipping date, we can not either. We also offer express shipping as an add-on of $25.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost by the USPS. We offer additional insurance and required signature delivery options upon request. Once we ship the item, we are no longer liable for the delivery, it is the responsibility of the USPS. Always double-check that your shipping information is correct, including name and apartment number, this can help avoid any issues with delivery. We are a small business that makes every item to order and your specifications. We do our best to cater to our customers, but we are not in control of the mail carriers.

Care Instructions

All adjustable tie tops and bottoms are made with extra long ties to fit more body types or styled in different, creative ways. They can be cut down and tied to whatever size works best for your fit. 

All items should be hand washed in cold water. Lay flat to air dry. Do not machine wash or dry.
