Refund Policy
Each item in our shop is hand crafted and made to order! Please make sure you are 100% sure of what you are purchasing before you buy. This includes sizing, any modifications you may need, and ordering in time for your event. Due to this, we do not offer refunds or returns of any kind at this time.
Our team is dedicated to making sure our customers get a high quality product that can be used over and over. If there is an issue when you receive your item, you may qualify for an exchange of the same or similar item. Please email us at thelytecouture@gmail.com with your name, order number and the item you need to exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order. Information on how to exchange your items is available upon request.
We are not responsible for costs of shipping back items if an exchange is needed.
Returns Due to Shipping
At this time, we do not offer refunds or returns due to shipping issues. If you feel there was an error on our part regarding your shipment, please email our team directly at thelytecouture@gmail.com.
Our packages are sent through USPS. We do our best to have every item shipped out before your designated shipping date, but once the item is shipped, it’s no longer in our hands. We have no control over how fast or slow the USPS will deliver. Since they cannot offer a guaranteed arrival date, we cannot either. So please be conscience of high shipping times during the year, and plan ahead by ordering early. We always offer expedited shipping at an upgraded cost which gives you a better chance of receiving your package sooner.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost by the USPS. Once we ship the item, we are no longer liable for the delivery, it is the responsibility of the USPS. Always double check that your shipping information is correct, including the name, address, and apartment number-- this can help avoid any issues with delivery. If you experience an issue receiving your package after it has been mailed, contact your local post office. We are a small business that makes every item to order and your specifications. We do our best to cater to our customers, but we are not in control of the mail carriers. If you suspect your package has been lost, please file a claim with your local post office.
